Brief description of the organisation GII is a public company owned by the government of Israel. Its main activities include: seismic surveys (acquisition, processing and interpretation) for oil, gas and water exploration; applied geophysics (geoelectric, gravity, magnetics, GPR, shallow seismics); geophysical research; earthquake seismology monitoring and research and seismological engineering.

GII team have been actively involved in various projects (INCO, US-AID and others), both in Israel and abroad (Cyprus, Jordan, Eritrea, Turkmenistan), aiming at detailed study of different kinds of aquifers using various geophysical methods.

Role in MUSTANG

GII will be responsible for :
 Petrophysical and lithostratigraphic analysis of well log data and estimation of   reservoir parameters at the selected test site;
 Reprocessing and reinterpretation of old seismic reflection data from the test   site;
 Acquiring new geophysical data (seismic and TDEM) at the test site;
 Estimating the structure and parameters of the reservoir
